Our Oil Selection

querquetum

Made during the first pressing, Querquetum is a fruity, balanced oil with a strong personality and a high polyphenol content. Thanks to its slightly pungent notes and rich aromas, this oil goes well with meat dishes and foods with pronounced flavours, such as asparagus and baccalà alla vicentina (made with stockfish).

Querquetum is our superior PDO Veneto del Grappa extra virgin olive oil, which is filtered and made exclusively with olives that are harvested on our estate and processed in our mill using cold, mechanical procedures. It is mainly made with Leccino or Frantoio olives, but the Maurino, Pendolino, Grignano and Leccio del Corno cultivars are also used.

It won a Silver Medal at the 32nd competition for extra virgin olive oil producers from the Veneto foothills.

The oil comes with a Panel Test report issued by AIPO (the Italian Association of Olive Growers and Olive Oil Producers), which shows its sensory profile and characteristics.

angarana

The ripest olives from the second pressing give a refined flavour to Angarana. It’s a balanced oil that presents more subtle taste sensations, but it still has plenty of personality. Moderately fruity and packed with aromatic and phenolic properties, it’s the perfect way to complement seafood and vegetable dishes.
