Harvest 2024
This PDO Veneto del Grappa extra virgin olive oil is filtered and made from the first pressing of olives that come from our estate and are processed in our mill using cold, mechanical procedures.
Beautifully balanced and distinctly fruity, it’s ideal with meat dishes and foods with rich flavours, such as asparagus and baccalà alla vicentina.
It won a Silver Medal at the 32nd competition for extra virgin olive oil producers from the Veneto foothills.

Colour: green
Aroma: moderately fruity, with scents of artichoke and almonds
Flavour: a balanced blend of bitter and pungent notes
Harvested in: October 2024
Harvest method: by hand
Storage: keep the product in a cool place, away from heat and light. It should be stored at a constant temperature of approximately 16-18°C
Serve it with: meat, asparagus and baccalà alla vicentina
